About the project
In celebration of the UAE 50th national day, Hala taxi wanted to celebrate it by creating a memorabilia that was distributed amongst customers as well as people across Dubai. A special edition printed newspaper called “Hala Dubai” was created. It celebrates all of the transportations achievements that the UAE has accomplished.
The newspaper tackled different articles dedicated to the past, present & future. It had entertainment articles, Dubai hidden gems and even a crossword puzzle.
The design of the newspaper combines the use of photography, illustration & intricate detailed graphics that uplifts the whole look and feel of the print.
The newspaper was placed in all of the Hala Taxi cars. We have also collaborated with Gulf news for the newspaper for a one of a kind distribution of Hala Dubai.
For the ones that couldn’t get their hand on the printed edition, a digital version was released on Hala’s Instagram page.
